About Us

We are Brooke Salo and Julia Arenson, two high school students and lifelong animal lovers. We’ve each been lucky enough to have amazing adopted dogs in our lives and we think everyone deserves to have those same relationships and experiences. Our shared passion for dogs led us to creating Pawsitivity as a resource for dogs in need. In speaking with industry experts we identified a need to bring more volunteer resources to help existing rescue organizations. Our goal is to create a Pawsitive impact in our community and to help build Pawsitivity chapters in other communities in need.
